In addition to the human body in addition to hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, potassium, tungsten and other 11 kinds of elements, there are a variety of very small elements (adult body total content of 4.2 grams or less) Known as trace elements, mostly belonging to the transition metal in the periodic table of the elements of higher animals, the necessary trace metals are iron, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, molybdenum, selenium, chromium, tin, etc. Essential metals should have The following three points: (1) The absence of the metal is difficult to sustain life and growth, lack of disease or even cause death; (2) the lack of symptoms of the addition of the metal disappears, this treatment can not be completely replaced by other kinds of elements; (3) The metal directly affect the body, and the body’s metabolism.
