用TOSHIBA40FR全自动生化分析仪检测197例糖尿病患者和200例健康体检者血清糖化血红蛋白与CRP。结果 2型糖尿病组患者血清糖化血红蛋白和CRP均比健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义,糖化血红蛋白和CRP均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时糖化血红蛋白浓度与CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.6125,P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者随蛋白的糖基化,影响了CRP的产生,从而诱发了体内的炎症反应,在糖尿病并发心血管疾病中具有重要的临床意义。
Serum glycosylated hemoglobin and CRP were measured in 197 diabetic patients and 200 healthy controls using TOSHIBA40FR automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The serum levels of HbA1c and CRP in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). The levels of HbA1c and CRP The concentration was positively correlated (r = 0.6125, P <0.01). Conclusion Glycosylation of protein in type 2 diabetic patients has an impact on the production of CRP, which induces the inflammatory response in vivo and has important clinical significance in the patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases.
