目的掌握全省地氟病防治措施落实进度和地方性氟中毒、地方性砷中毒病情,为政府部门制定地氟、地砷病防治策略提供科学依据和技术支持。方法数据来源于全省饮水型氟中毒、砷中毒防治项目,全部调查工作按照《饮水型氟中毒、砷中毒防治项目技术方案》执行。结果调查降氟改水工程667个,其中正常运行(包括间歇供水)的477个,报废的190个,降氟改水工程合格率47.38%。调查村(屯)居民饮水氟含量均值≤1mg/l的村(屯)652个,占被调查村(屯)数的31.51%;1.0~2.0mg/l的村(屯)915个,占被调查村(屯)数的44.22%;2.0~4.0mg/l的村(屯)444个,占被调查村(屯)数的21.46%;>4.0mg/l的村(屯)58个,占被调查村(屯)数的2.8%。高砷水源筛查村(屯)288个,其中水砷浓度≤0.05mg/l的村(屯)有267个,水砷浓度0.05~0.2mg/l的有8个村(屯)。砷中毒普查8个村(屯),尚未查出地方性砷中毒病人。结论降氟改水工程合格率较低。饮水砷含量少部分地区超标、尚未查出地方性砷中毒病人。
Objective To grasp the implementation progress of endemic fluorosis prevention measures and endemic fluorosis and endemic arsenism in the province and provide scientific basis and technical support for the prevention and cure strategies of fluoride and endemic arsenic developed by government departments. Methods Data were from drinking water fluorosis and arsenic poisoning prevention and control projects in the province. All investigations were carried out in accordance with the Technical Scheme for Drinking Water-type Fluorosis and Arsenism Poisoning Prevention and Control Project. Results A total of 667 fluorine-lowering water diversion projects were investigated, of which 477 were normal operation (including intermittent water supply), 190 were scrapped, and the passing rate of fluorine-reducing water diversion project was 47.38%. The surveyed villages (Tuen) residents drinking water fluoride content ≤ 1mg / l of the village (Tuen) 652, accounting for the surveyed villages (Tuen) 31.51%; 1.0 ~ 2.0mg / l of the village (Tuen) 915, accounting for 44.22% of the surveyed villages; 444 villages of 2.0-4.0mg / l, accounting for 21.46% of the surveyed villages; 58 villages of> 4.0mg / l, accounting for 2.8% of the surveyed villages (villages).
