日前,笔者采访了崔永元。他波澜不惊的那张素脸上仍漾着一丝浅浅淡淡的笑意,眸子里闪着智慧的灵光,言语里不时爆出一星两点寓意深刻的崔氏幽默,所有的感觉依然亲切如故。但接下来的对话却着实让我有些吃惊。原来,严重的睡眠障碍使崔永元曾经不得不停止工作。失眠最严重时,连续几天几夜睡不着,人也几乎到了崩溃的边缘。“我太累,每做一个节目我都要看那么厚的资料(他用手比划着一个很宽的距离)。别人都看我一脸轻松,其实我内心很累”。经过治疗,崔永元又回到荧屏前,对观众实话实说:“朋友,如果太累了,你就歇歇吧!”
