建立社会主义市场经济体制是我国经济体制改革的基本目标。欲达此目标,不仅要求我们转换企业经营机制,建立市场价格机制,最大限度地减少政府对企业的不当干预,努力培育和发展全国统一的市场体系,而且要求我国经济运行机制遵循世界市场经济的法则,加快中国市场与世界市场对接。恢复我国的关贸总协定成员国地位,正是为更广泛地参与世界经济而实行的开放政策的一个组成部分。“复关”要求中国经济与世界经济“接轨”。当前,尤其要切实抓好以下六方面的接轨。
