电力产业作为重要的支柱型能源产业,是我国经济实现持续稳定增长的重要保证。经济“新常态”的提出要求电力产业进一步优化资源配置、升级产业结构,在一定程度上施行经营战略的调整和转移。文章从电力产业经营战略下劳动组织优化管理的目标出发,分析了劳动组织管理现状中存在的问题,并给出了相应的优化管理对策。
As an important pillar energy industry, the power industry is an important guarantee for China’s sustained and steady economic growth. Economic “new normal ” proposed that the power industry to further optimize the allocation of resources, upgrade the industrial structure, to some extent, the implementation of business strategy adjustment and transfer. Based on the objective of optimizing the management of labor organization under the strategy of power industry management, the article analyzes the existing problems in the current situation of labor organization management and gives the corresponding management strategies.
