本文通过实验,详细分析了传统超声加工方法效率不高的根本原因在于加工区域中心存有一个“磨粒滞流区””。在此基础上,提出一种提高加工效率的新方法——预孔冲液法。对这一新加工方法的主要可变加工参数进行了实验分析,得出合理的参数值以及最佳磨粒直径计算和工具设计的推荐公式。对加工间隙、精度及其表面粗糙度也进行了分析研究。
In this paper, through experiments, the basic reason why the traditional ultrasonic machining method is not efficient is that there is an “abrasive stagnation zone” in the center of the machining area. On this basis, a new method to improve machining efficiency is proposed Hole fluid method.The main variable processing parameters of this new processing method were analyzed experimentally and the reasonable parameter values and the recommended formula of the best abrasive particle diameter calculation and tool design were obtained.The machining clearance, accuracy and its surface Roughness has also been analyzed.
