从1982年开始,我们杭州市下城区建立了幼教辅导网片,并充分发挥它的作用,加强了对各类幼儿园的领导,推动了本区幼儿教育事业的发展。我们的做法是: 一、建立健全辅导网片组织,加强对辅导网片工作的领导区政府把努力发展托幼事业作为一项重要工作来抓,加强对幼教工作的领导,专门召开了区幼教工作会议,区教育局成立了幼教科,由一名副局长分管,并把对各类幼儿园的业务辅导工作列为重要工作任务。我们把辖区内64所各类幼儿园按街道划分为6个组,由办得较好的公办园园长任组长。每所公办园均分别负责对若干所民办、厂办幼儿园进行业务辅导,指导学习和贯彻《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》、《幼儿园教育纲要》等,提供信息,指导学习有关幼儿教育的资料;指导开展幼教研究活动;采取跟班、培训等
