[目的]为进一步研究啶酰菌胺对水生生物斑马鱼的毒性。[方法]采用半静态法,研究啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎及成鱼的毒性。[结果]急性试验中啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎及成鱼的96 h致死浓度(96 h-LC_(50))分别为:成鱼(1.84 mg/L)>胚胎(1.26 mg/L);胚胎的心跳次数和孵化率均随暴露浓度的增大而显著减小;酶活性试验中,啶酰菌胺质量浓度大于0.036 mg/L(环境中可检测浓度)时,成鱼肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量、荧光强度和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与对照组相比均差异显著。[结论]啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎及成鱼均表现为中等毒性,且对其胚胎和成鱼肝脏的发育有一定毒性作用。
[Objective] To study the toxicity of boscalid to aquatic zebrafish. [Method] The toxicity of boscalid to zebrafish embryos and adult fish was studied by semi-static method. [Result] The 96 h lethal concentration (96 h-LC 50) of boscalid in zebrafish embryos and adult fish in acute test were 1.84 mg / L for adult fish and 1.26 mg / L for embryo, respectively. ; The number of heartbeat and the hatching rate of embryos decreased significantly with the increase of exposure concentration. When the concentration of boscalid in the enzyme activity test was more than 0.036 mg / L (detectable concentration in the environment) The contents of MDA, fluorescence intensity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly different from the control group. [Conclusion] Boscalid showed moderate toxicity to zebrafish embryos and adult fish, and had toxic effects on the development of embryonic and adult fish liver.
