2014年12月18日,國家信訪局出臺《信訪事項辦理群眾滿意度評價工作辦法》,並於2015年1月1日起實施。《辦法》明確了國家信訪局登記受理的信訪事項,分級轉送、交辦時限一般為:國家信訪局5日、省級信訪工作機構3日、市(地)級信訪工作機構3日、縣級信訪工作機構4日。也即國家信訪局受理的信訪事項轉送、交辦至縣級有權處理機關的期限,一般最長不超過15天。另外,《辦法》亮點是信訪人可憑查
On December 18, 2014, the State Bureau of Letters and Commissars promulgated the Measures for Handling Appraisals of Mass Satisfaction with Complaints from Appeals, and implemented it on January 1, 2015. The Measures define the petitions and petitions registered and accepted by the State Petition Bureau at different levels. The deadlines for submitting petitions are generally as follows: State Petition Bureau 5, Provincial Petition Work 3, Municipal Petition 3, County Petition Working organization 4 days.
