9月2日,江苏省经贸委与美国加利福尼亚州公共事业委员会、加州能源委员会在南京举行合作签字仪式。江苏省经贸委顾瑜芳副主任与美国加利福尼亚州公共事业委员会苏珊·肯尼迪委员、加州能源委员会亚瑟·罗森菲尔德委员分别在合作协议书上签字。在今后5年时间里,江苏省将与美国加州在电力需求侧管理,尤其是能效管理方面开展密切合作,减少新建电厂的需求,促进江苏经济、社会和环境协调发展。
September 2, Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and the California Public Utilities Commission, California Energy Commission held a signing ceremony in Nanjing. Gu Yufang, deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, and Susan Kennedy, a member of the California Public Utilities Commission of the United States, and Arthur Rosenfeld, a member of the California Energy Commission, respectively signed the cooperation agreement. In the next five years, Jiangsu Province will work closely with California of the United States on DSM, especially energy efficiency management to reduce the demand for new power plants and promote the coordinated development of Jiangsu’s economy, society and the environment.
