近年来,关于编辑学者化问题的讨论已成为编辑界惹人注目的一个焦点.不仅为数不少的中老年编辑参与讨论,而且一大批初涉编辑工作的年轻学者也投以十分的关注.这的确是一个关系培养和造就跨世纪编辑人才.振兴我国出版事业的重大问题,很值得每一个有事业心、责任感的同仁认真思考和探索.本文仅围绕学术编辑的素养问题分三个方面谈点个人的看法.
