在统一以后的十年期间内,越南的经济由于主观上失误和客观上不利形势的相互作用而经历了一条挫折与摸索的道路,终于面临走头无路的经济困境,不得不把市场机制引进到社会主义计划经济体制中来以寻求出路。在统一后的这十年期间内,前五年是走向挫折的过程,后五年是寻找出路的摸索过程。这一历程正好和统一后的两个五年计划实施期间相一致,即:第二个五年计划(1976—1980年)和第三个五年计划(1981—1985年)。
During the 10 years after reunification, Vietnam’s economy experienced a course of setbacks and groping due to the interaction between subjective mistakes and objectively unfavorable situations. At last, it faced a desperate economic dilemma and had to introduce the market mechanism To the planned socialist economic system to find a way out. In the ten years after the reunification, the first five years were a process of setbacks and the second five years were a groping process of finding a way out. This process coincides with the period of implementation of the two five-year plans after the reunification: the second five-year plan (1976-1980) and the third five-year plan (1981-1985).
