摆杆变矩游梁式节能抽油机运用对比的方法,针对常规型游梁式抽油机工作效率低、能耗大等缺点研制而成。本设计利用后置式游梁抽油机,在其游梁尾部增设摆杆平衡机构构成,使减速器输出的净扭矩曲线更加平缓,达到改善抽油机平衡效果的目的。该项技术的成功应用,不仅继承了常规游梁式抽油机结构简单、坚固耐用、维修方便的特点,而且减小了电机的负载系数,比常规游梁式抽油机节能40%--50%,实现了节能降耗的目的。
