The author was informed that of the 1,237 large and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province, only about 10% of the large-scale enterprises invigorated in reform and opening up, and our new silk factory in Wujiang County has entered the invigoration list. Silk Factory insisted on reforms and invigorated the company for a preliminary investigation. The investigation is now summarized as follows: Wujiang New Silk Fabric Factory was established in 1931. It has more than 5,000 employees and 1,000 silk looms. It has been listed as a large and medium-sized enterprise by the state and a silk export factory. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party, especially in 1984, the
