目的探讨香鳞毛蕨有效部位对申克孢子丝菌的体外抑菌作用,进一步明确香鳞毛蕨有效部位的抗菌谱。方法取4株申克孢子丝菌为受试菌株,培养至酵母相,分别采用琼脂扩散法测定抑菌圈直径和微量稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)与最低杀菌浓度(MFC)。结果香鳞毛蕨有效部位对4株申克孢子菌酵母相的抑菌圈平均直径为25.5 mm,对4株申克孢子丝菌酵母相的MIC几何均数为生药0.18 mg·mL-1,但MFC>生药20mg·mL-1。结论香鳞毛蕨有效部位对申克孢子丝菌酵母相有较强抑菌作用,但无杀菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial activity of the effective parts of Rhododendron fortunei against Sporothrix schenckii in vitro and to further clarify the antibacterial spectrum of the effective parts of Rhododendrom vellus. Methods Four strains of Spirulina were selected as test strains and cultured to yeast phase. The diameters of bacteriostatic zone were determined by agar diffusion method and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MFC) were determined by microdilution method. Results The average inhibition zone diameters of the active fractions of the genus Fragrant spp. Were 25.5 mm for the four yeast strains of Spirulina, and the MICs of the four yeast strains were 0.18 mg · mL-1 for the crude drug, But MFC> crude drug 20mg · mL-1. Conclusion The effective parts of Fraxinus rhynchophylla have a strong antibacterial activity against Sporotrichia vaginalis, but no bactericidal effect.
