目的研究清肺合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中甘草、枳壳进行定性鉴别。结果与结论薄层色谱法鉴别方法专属性强,阴性样品无干扰,可用于清肺合剂的质量控制。
Objective To study the quality standard of Qingfei Mixture. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify licorice root and Fructus aurantii in the prescription. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Thin layer chromatography (GC-MS) identification method was specific and negative. It could be used for the quality control of Qingfei Mixture.
