本文研究了热水浸泡处理对丁香疫霉活性和对脐橙品质的影响。结果表明:当热水处理温度≥50℃,处理时间≥1 min时,可完全抑制丁香疫霉菌丝体的生长。50℃热水处理脐橙2 min,脐橙发病率为0%,显著低于对照处理的69%发病率,且对脐橙品质没有影响。研究表明,热水检疫处理在丁香疫霉检疫处理领域具有潜在的应用价值。
In this paper, the effects of hot water immersion on Phytophthora sojae and the quality of navel orange were studied. The results showed that when the temperature of hot water ≥50 ℃ and the treatment time ≥1min, the growth of P. syringae could be completely inhibited. The navel orange treated with hot water at 50 ℃ for 2 min showed a 0% incidence of navel orange, which was significantly lower than the incidence of 69% of the control and had no effect on the quality of navel orange. The research shows that the hot water quarantine treatment has potential application value in the field of quarantine treatment of Phylum.
