常言道:音乐无国界。人们有理由相信,所有文化成果都是全人类共同的财富。不过,以圆舞曲闻名于世的德国作曲家斯特劳斯却坚持认为,他的作品的所有权只属于他本人。1903年,斯特劳斯为保卫自身权益,倡导成立了全德最早的著作权中介机构——“德国音响著作人协会”。斯特劳斯此举的影响可能不亚于其圆舞曲作品本身。今日的德国,著作权问题已渗透到每一个文化领域,谁动用了他人的文化成果,谁就得直接或间接地支付版税。以音
As the saying goes: Music without borders. People have reason to believe that all cultural achievements are the common wealth of all mankind. However, Strauss, a German composer known for his waltz, insisted that his work belonged only to himself. In 1903, Strauss in order to defend their own rights and advocated the establishment of Germany's earliest copyright agency agency - “German audio producer association.” Strauss's move may be as much of its Waltz works. In today's Germany, the issue of copyrights has permeated every area of culture. Whoever uses the cultural achievements of others will have to pay royalties, directly or indirectly. To tone
