目的制备医用羟基磷灰石(HA)纳米丝并观测其特性;方法采用常态表面活性剂(水包油)制备HA纳米丝,用电子显微镜、X射线仪、核磁共振仪、分光光度计、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等对HA纳米丝的特性进行观测。结果HA纳米粒的平均尺寸为:长100nm~230nm,宽3nm~5nm;电子衍射图像显示纳米丝为多晶质。在250nm波长处,光谱包含六面体Ca2+典型的光谱带;其他光谱带为O→Ca2+的电荷转移。HA纳米丝微晶的Eg值分别为1.60和1.70ev;31P核磁共振谱显示在-0.59ppm处有一个强烈的共振峰和一些副峰,表明至少存在两种磷酸盐。结论成功制备了一种适合医用的新型羟基磷灰石纳米丝。
OBJECTIVE To prepare medical hydroxyapatite (HA) nanowires and observe their properties. Methods HA nanowires were prepared using normal surfactant (oil-in-water) and characterized by electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and other characteristics of HA nanowires were observed. Results The average size of HA nanoparticles was 100nm ~ 230nm and 3nm ~ 5nm. The electron diffraction images showed that the nanowires were polycrystalline. At 250 nm, the spectrum contains a typical hexahedral Ca2 + band; the other band is the charge transfer of O → Ca2 +. The Eg values for HA nanowire crystallites were 1.60 and 1.70 eV respectively; 31 P NMR showed a strong formant and some minor peaks at -0.59 ppm, indicating the presence of at least two phosphates. Conclusion A new kind of hydroxyapatite nanowires suitable for medical application was successfully prepared.
