本文研究了高温超导体YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)的结构和超导行为。使用XRD、SAED、EDS、TEM和SEM探讨了化合物的成分、结构、形貌。测量了样品的ρ~T,X~T,得到T_(CO)≈91K,完全抗磁性温度为84K。并对超导化合物YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)的性质作了初步分析,获得了一些有益的结果。自Bendnoz和Muller等人发现La-Ba-Cu-O化合物在35K出现超导性以后,这类新型氧化物超导材料的研究得到了迅猛的发展。液氮温度下的Y-Ba-Cu-O化合物高温
In this paper, the structure and superconductivity of high temperature superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_ (7-x) have been investigated. The composition, structure and morphology of the compounds were investigated by XRD, SAED, EDS, TEM and SEM. The ρ ~ T and X ~ T of the sample were measured to obtain T_ (CO) ≈91K and the complete diamagnetic temperature was 84K. The properties of the superconducting compound YBa_2Cu_3O_ (7-x) have been preliminarily analyzed, and some beneficial results have been obtained. Since Bendnoz and Muller et al. Found that La-Ba-Cu-O compounds appear superconductivity at 35K, the research on these new oxide superconductors has been rapidly developed.
