China CSR CSR Research and Development Association was set up in Beijing in December 2008 and its executive council is headquartered in Beijing. It is divided into four professional committees: Talent, Labor, Compensation and Training, and 19 subsidiaries as group members. With the vigorous leadership of the executive council headed by Liu Hualong, vice president of human resources, and with the guidance of the scientific concept of development, we insisted on the strategic objectives and human resources management innovation practice of CSR.
