国家发展改革委印发农村公路建设规划国家发展改革委印发了经国务院第80次常务会议通过的《农村公路建设规划》。《规划》提出本世纪前20年农村公路建设的总体目标是:具备条件的乡(镇)和建制村通沥清(水泥)路,基本形成较高服务水平的农村公路网络,到2020年全国农村公路里程约达370万公里,使农民群众出行便捷、更安全、更舒适,适应全面建设小康社会的总体要求。为推进《农村公路建设规划》的实施,“十一五”期间,国家将安排1000亿元中央资金用于农村公路建设,其中,东、中部地区实施通村公路建设;
