本文对经提纯的不同培养阶段的正常组和SiO_2组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,用酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和非特异性酯酶(NSE)染色,进行形态学和细胞化学定性、定量动态观察。结果:①SiO_2组织胞吞噬粉尘后迅速死亡。②二组不同培养时间的细胞内ACP和NSE定量变化均差异显著(P<0.01)。③SiO_2组细胞内ACP和NSE定量较正常组低。二组间ACP定量变化差异显著,而NSE无显著差异。说明,SiO_2组细胞迅速死亡及ACP定量降低,与SiO_2对细胞的毒性有关。
In this paper, the purified peritoneal macrophages of normal group and SiO 2 group in different culture stages were stained with ACP and NSE for morphological and cytochemical qualitative and quantitative dynamic observation. Results: ①SiO2 cells swallowed the dust and died quickly. ② The quantitative changes of intracellular ACP and NSE were significantly different between two groups at different culture time (P <0.01). ③ The amount of ACP and NSE in SiO 2 group was lower than that in normal group. There was significant difference in quantitative changes of ACP between the two groups, but there was no significant difference between NSE. The results showed that the rapid death of cells and the quantitative reduction of ACP in SiO 2 group were related to the toxicity of SiO 2 to cells.
