广州市原副市长曹鉴燎,人称“三怪”副市长:落马前他曾三番五次拒绝组织提拔;贵为副市长的他却要给下属送巨款;贪了20多年仍能边腐边升……2017年4月14日上午,广州市原副市长、增城市委书记曹鉴燎(正厅级)受贿案在深圳中级人民法院进行一审宣判。法院审理查明,曹鉴燎利用职务之便,为他人谋利益,个人或他人共同索取或收受财物共计超过8000万元。法院对犯受贿罪的曹鉴燎判处无期徒刑,罚金250万,并对其以及其子名下多套房产予以没收。
