全国人民代表大会常务委员会:常委会第二十一次会议对职业病防治法修正案(草案)进行了初次审议。会后,法制工作委员会将草案印发各省(区、市)、中央有关部门、部分大型企业、社会团体和法学教学研究机构等单位,广泛征求意见。中国人大网站全文公布草案,向社会征求意见。法律委员会、教科文卫委员会和法制工作委员会联合召开座谈会,听取有关部门的意见。法律委员会、法制工作委员会还到山西、贵州等地进行调研。法律委员会于10月11日召开会议,根据常委会组成人员的意见和各方面的意见,对修正案草案进行了逐条审议。教科文卫委员会、国务院法制办的负责同志列席了会议。10月17日,法律委员会召开会
Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress: Standing Committee 21st Twenty-first meeting of the Occupational Disease Prevention Act (Draft) for the first time. After the meeting, the Legislative Affairs Commission published the draft and distributed it to various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), relevant departments of the central government, some large-scale enterprises, social organizations and legal teaching and research institutes to solicit opinions extensively. The full text of China National People’s Congress released a draft to solicit opinions from the community. The Legal Committee, the UNESCO Health and Education Committee and the Legislative Affairs Working Committee held a joint forum to listen to the opinions of relevant departments.
