Kimi is one of the masterpieces of the British novelist Rued Kipling. The article expounds Rujad Kipling’s view on colonialism that there exists both opposition and integration in colonialism. Nineteenth-century Britain began its political, economic and cultural transition from prosperity to recession. Rudd Kipling deeply felt such social changes and was influenced by it to reflect on colonialism. Through the analysis of “Kim”, the article explains the confrontation and coexistence in the colonialism expressed by Rued Kipling in the novel, but integrates more than the opposite.
