俄罗斯“阿尔泰谷地”旅游休闲型经济特区于2007年根据俄罗斯政府命令而建,位于阿尔泰共和国迈马区卡通河右岸,占地855hm~2。“阿尔泰谷地”旅游休闲型经济特区的建设立足于较高的国际化水平,力图通过该经济特区的建设来吸引投资和资源,从而推动阿尔泰共和国社会经济的发展,提高居民的生活质量。
