通过定量金相分析显微疏松含量的方法,研究了图片亮度、对比度、放大倍数等测量参数对某铸造低压涡轮叶片中显微疏松含量测量结果的影响规律。在正常亮度和对比度附近范围内波动时,对手动分割后显微疏松测量值影响不大;图片亮度和对比度过高或过低时,显微疏松的测量值产生偏离。测量面积相同时,不同的放大倍数所测得的平均显微疏松面积百分比测量值相差不大。采取测量区域中最严重视场的显微疏松含量作为显微疏松测量值时,放大倍数越大,显微疏松面积百分比越大。
Through the quantitative metallographic analysis of the microscopic loose content, the influence of measurement parameters such as brightness, contrast and magnification on the measurement results of microscopic looseness in a cast low pressure turbine blade was studied. When fluctuating within the range of normal brightness and contrast, there is little effect on the measured value of microscopic looseness after the manual segmentation; when the brightness and contrast of the picture are too high or too low, the measurement value of the loose microscopicness deviates. When the measurement area is the same, the measured values of the average microscopic loose area measured by different magnifications are similar. Taking the microscopic loose content of the most severe field of view in the measurement area as the measurement of microscopic looseness, the larger the magnification, the larger the percentage of the microscopic loose area.
