[目的]研究己糖激酶1(HXK1)在食管鳞癌中的表达及临床价值。[方法]应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术检测132例食管鳞癌组织中HXK1的表达,并分析其阳性表达与临床病理参数以及预后之间的关系。[结果]HXK1在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.2%(94/132),统计学分析显示HXK1的表达在有无淋巴结转移(P=0.01),不同TNM分期(P=0.001)以及不同组织分化程度(P=0.033)下差异有统计学意义。生存分析显示HXK1阳性表达患者预后劣于HXK1阴性表达患者(P<0.001),且是评估食管癌患者的独立预后因素之一。[结论]HXK1可能在食管鳞癌的发生和发展过程中发挥了重要作用,是评估食管癌患者预后的重要指标之一。
[Objective] To study the expression and clinical value of hexokinase 1 (HXK1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. [Method] The expression of HXK1 in 132 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of HXK1 and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression rate of HXK1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 71.2% (94/132). Statistical analysis showed that the expression of HXK1 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P = 0.01), TNM stage (P = 0.001) and Differences in different tissues (P = 0.033) were statistically significant. Survival analysis showed that the prognosis of HXK1-positive patients was lower than that of HXK1-negative patients (P <0.001), and it was one of the independent prognostic factors in evaluating esophageal cancer patients. [Conclusion] HXK1 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and is one of the important indexes to evaluate the prognosis of esophageal cancer patients.
