目的:对急诊科护士评判性思维能力水平及影响因素进行分析,为急诊科护士的全面培养提高指导意见。方法:以杭州市13所医院急诊科的186名护士作为研究对象,采用批判性思维能力测量表对这些护士的批判性思维能力水平进行调查和了解。结果:这些护士评判性思维能力测量表平均得分为(293.62±2.52)分,其中有76.25%的得分在280分以上。在调查中发现影响急诊科护士评判性思维能力水平的因素主要包括护士的工作年限、阅读习惯、教学查房及科室急救案例讨论这几个方面。结论:急诊科护士评判性思维能力整体水平较高,但也有部分护士水平较差,需要鼓励护士积极参加科室学术活动,从多个方面制定管理措施提高评判性思维能力。
Objective: To analyze the critical thinking ability of emergency department nurses and its influencing factors, and to improve the guidance for the comprehensive training of emergency department nurses. Methods: A total of 186 nurses from emergency department of 13 hospitals in Hangzhou city were used as research objects. The critical thinking ability questionnaire was used to investigate and understand the critical thinking ability of these nurses. Results: The average score of these patients’ critical thinking ability was (293.62 ± 2.52) points, of which 76.25% scored above 280 points. In the survey found that factors affecting the level of critical thinking nurses critical factors include nurses working life, reading habits, teaching ward and emergency department to discuss these aspects. Conclusion: The critical thinking ability of emergency department nurses is high, but some nurses also have poor level. Nurses should be encouraged to take part in the academic activities of departments and departments. Management measures should be formulated from many aspects to improve the ability of critical thinking.
