基于较具代表性的服务质量测量量表——SERVQUAL量表，结合Gronroos提出的总体服务质量模型的服务质量要素结构，参照某软件企业中提供软件服务的多名专家的意见，构建并通过修正得到了效度、信度较为理想的软件服务质量量表，通过分析量表包含的结构要素得出顾客感知软件服务质量的心智模式。
