目的探讨RPH串联套扎法与PPH治疗中重度混合痔的疗效对比。方法选择2013年11月至2014年11月期间我院肛肠外科收治的74例中重度混合痔患者作为本研究病例,将其随机分成两组,观察组37例患者采取RPH串联套扎法治疗,对照组37例患者采取PPH治疗,对比两组患者手术情况、住院情况、治愈率及术后并发症的情况。结果观察组手术时间和术中出血量与对照组比较显著减少(P<0.05),但两组间平均住院时间和治愈率比较差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率与对照组比较有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 RPH串联套扎法与PPH治疗比较疗效相当,但患者出血少、手术操作简单,具有更高的安全性,更容易被患者所接受,值得进一步推广。
