目的:临床试验观察复方黄芩喷雾剂对皮肤浅层真菌病治疗情况。方法:以益康唑的疗效进行对照,观察外用皮肤浅层真菌感染部位,考察复方黄芩喷雾剂的疗效。结果:复方黄芩喷雾剂对皮肤浅层真菌病疗效显著,其与益康唑在治疗皮肤浅层真菌病无显著性差异,无明显不良反应。结论:复方黄芩喷雾剂可作为治疗皮肤浅层真菌病的复方中药外用制剂,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the treatment of superficial mycosis of skin with Compound Scutellariae Spray in clinical trials. Methods: Econazole curative effect of the control, observe the skin with superficial fungal infection sites, study the efficacy of compound skullcap spray. Results: The compound Scutellariae spray had a significant effect on superficial mycosis of the skin, and there was no significant difference between it and econazole in the treatment of superficial mycosis of the skin with no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: The compound Scutellariae Spray can be used as a compound Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of superficial mycosis of the skin, which is worth promoting.
