目的:探讨益气化瘀方联合前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:对照组予前列地尔注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以益气化瘀方治疗,两组均以15 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组经治疗后总有效率为93.3%,对照组经治疗后总有效率为60%,两组临床疗效比较(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义;两组患者踝肱指数(ABI)、足背动脉的血管内径、峰值流速和血流量治疗前后组内比较及组间比较,P<0.05;且治疗组在调节血脂,降低C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原含量等方面,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀方联合前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huayu decoction combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial occlusive disease. Methods: The control group was treated with alprostadil injection, and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huayu prescription on the basis of the control group. Both groups were given a course of 15 days. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group after treatment.
