(1)關於意大利法律協助請求的處理2013年10月,香港律政司就意大利請求法律協助事宜發表說明,該事件引起公眾關注的焦點在於:意大利檢控當局向香港提出的相互法律協助請求是否被延誤或不當處理,以協助前行政長官曾蔭權與教皇本篤十六世會面。該法律協助請求具體經過為:2006年7月10日,米蘭法院檢控官就在意大利進行,涉及多人包括Berlusconi(貝盧斯科尼)的刑事程序及偵查發出司法請求書,請求交出包括銀行記錄及在搜查指定的商用和住宅地點後檢取的文件證
