关于锶的测定已在很多领域中受到注意。锶的测定方法有ICP-AES法、原子吸收法、极谱法,近年来提出了胶束增溶吸光光度法。本文主要研究在表面活性剂Tween-60存在下偶氮氯膦Ⅲ与锶形成蓝色螯合物的显色反应,测定微量锶,该体系的摩尔吸光吸数为4.05×10~4,最大吸收峰为666nm,我们采用PMBP(1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑啉酮)-TBP(磷酸三丁酯)分离法能同时消除多种金属离子的干扰,提高了体系的选择性,适用于各种样品的分析,结果令人满意。
