为学习江浙沪高速公路联网收费经验,更好地推进我省联网收费工作,省府办公厅、经贸委、交通厅、物价局和广东联合收费公司等单位于2003年7月初组成考察团,赴江苏、上海、浙江三省、市进行考察调研。现将这次考察有关情况整理如下一、江浙沪联网收费基本情况江苏、浙江、上海高速公路均已实现联网收费,统一拆分帐。在联网方式上,江苏省分苏南和苏北两个区域,分别设立管理中心负责营运管理和拆分帐。浙江和上海则不分区域,统一由
