目的 :评价头孢他啶治疗老年肺心病并发肺部细菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法 :5 0例肺心病并发肺部细菌感染、病情加剧的老年患者 ,给予头孢他啶 4g/d ,分 2次静滴 ,疗程 7～ 10d。观察临床疗效、细菌学清除结果、不良反应发生情况。结果 :头孢他啶治疗老年肺心病并发肺部细菌感染的治愈率为 86 % ,有效率为96 % ,细菌学清除率为 91.11% ,药物不良反应发生少而轻。结论 :头孢他啶治疗老年肺心病并发肺部细菌感染有效、安全。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceftazidime in the treatment of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 50 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated by pulmonary bacterial infection and exacerbation were given Ceftazidime 4g / d intravenously for 2 times for 7-10 days. To observe the clinical efficacy, bacteriological clearance results, adverse reactions occurred. Results: The cure rate of ceftazidime in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated by pulmonary bacterial infection was 86%, the effective rate was 96%, the bacteriological clearance rate was 91.11%. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was less and less. Conclusion: Ceftazidime is effective and safe for the treatment of pulmonary disease in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease.
