目的探讨多层螺旋CT对周围型小肺癌的诊断意义。方法我院收治的周围型小肺癌患者76例,所有患者均进行横断高分辨薄层图像扫描以及全胸容积多平面重建扫描。比较两种扫描方法的扫描结果。结果对周围型小肺癌进行全胸容积多平面重建扫描的肿瘤分叶征、血管集束征、细支气管气相、胸膜凹陷征以及空泡征的显示比例均明显优于横断高分辨薄层图像扫描(P<0.05),两种扫描方式的患者棘突征和短毛刺征比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT在周围型小肺癌的临床早期诊断中具有十分重要的意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in peripheral small lung cancer. Methods Totally 76 patients with peripheral small lung cancer who were treated in our hospital were scanned by transverse high-resolution thin-layer image and full-thoracic multiplanar reconstruction. Compare the results of the two scan methods. Results The tumor lobular sign, clustering of blood vessels, gas bronchioles, pleural indentation and vacuolar sign in the whole small volume multiplanar reconstruction scan of peripheral small lung cancer were significantly better than that of transverse high resolution thin layer image scanning P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two scanning methods in patients with spina bifida and spiculation sign (P> 0.05). Conclusion Multislice spiral CT is of great significance in the early clinical diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer and is worthy of clinical application.
