目的总结自体动静脉内瘘成形术后的治疗效果。方法对78例尿毒症患者行自体动静脉内瘘成形术。结果所行手术患者均得到随访,随访时间4个月至2年,全部患者术后内瘘通畅,6例术后内瘘堵塞,堵塞时间7天~18月,6例均再次手术。两例术后出现较明显的分流,可视情况给予结扎分枝后血流量得以改善;结论根据我院开展人工动静脉内瘘的经验,所需条件少,不失为基层医院开展建立血管通路的一种较为理想的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of autologous arteriovenous fistula after angioplasty. Methods 78 cases of uremic patients underwent autologous arteriovenous fistula angioplasty. Results The surgeries were followed up for 4 months to 2 years.
