This article is based on the assumption that the greater demand for capitalist spending in Latin American economies is mainly met by the country’s resources and actions, illustrating the fact that in the dependent-society society over-exploitation of the labor force has contributed to the expansion of the functioning of the country, In the case of central capitalism, its conventional fund-raising activities and the administration of government bonds all have the function of centralizing wealth.
