目的浅谈舒适护理在手术室工作中应用的效果。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月本院收治的手术患者120例为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规方法护理对照组,观察组采用舒适方法护理观察组,待护理一段时间,对两组应用效果加以对比、分析。结果经调查问卷与统计分析得,观察组对临床工作满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的85.0%;观察组对护理人员信任度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本院引入手术室舒适护理,取得了显著效果,患者紧张、恐惧情绪可得到舒缓,且大大改善了医患关系。与此同时,本院手术室护理水平明显提升。总之,手术室舒适护理,对提高医疗质量及安全具有积极的意义。
Objective To discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in operating room. Methods A total of 120 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. In the control group, the control group was treated by the conventional method. In the observation group, the observation group was treated with the comfortable method. After being treated for a period of time, the effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The questionnaire and statistical analysis showed that the satisfaction rate of the observation group to clinical work was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.0%). The trust of the nursing staff in the observation group was 96.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group (86.7% There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Our hospital introduced the comfortable nursing in the operating room, and achieved remarkable results. Patients’ tension and fear can be relieved, and the doctor-patient relationship has been greatly improved. At the same time, our hospital operating room care significantly improved. In short, the operating room comfort and care, to improve the quality of medical care and safety has a positive meaning.
