目的观察温肾止泻方敷脐联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将腹泻型肠易激综合征患者120例,随机分为两组。治疗组采用温肾止泻方敷脐与双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合治疗;对照组采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片单药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腹胀、腹痛评分及日均大便次数均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论温肾止泻方敷脐与双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合治疗总有效率高于单用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,且对腹胀、腹痛及腹泻症状的改善均优于单用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,对腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗具有很好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Zhixie Recipe combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple live viable tablets in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 120 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group treated with Wenshen Zhixie Fang Umbilicus and Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable combined treatment; control group using Lactobacillus Bifidobacterium triple viable single drug treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Abdominal distension, abdominal pain scores and average stool frequency after treatment were better than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were seen in both groups. Conclusion The total effective rate of combination of Wenshen Zhixie Fang Umbilicus with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple active viable tablets is higher than that of Lactobacillus bifidum triple active viable alone, and it is superior to the symptoms of abdominal distension, abdominal pain and diarrhea Bifidobacterium alone Lactobacillus triple viable tablets, diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome treatment has a good effect.
