在经济高度发展的今天,电力企业的盈利水平已经不仅仅局限于销售方面,企业对成本的管理也越来越成为影响企业盈利结果的一个重要方面。企业的成本直接关系到企业的效益和企业的健康活性发展问题。现在,随着市场经济的急速发展,电力企业的市场环境发生了极大的变化。在本文中,笔者指出了电力企业在成本管理方面所存在的一些问题,并举出了改善此种问题的相关策略。希望能对有关人士的成本管理创新思维产生一些帮助。
In today’s highly economic development, the profitability of power companies has not only limited to sales, but also the cost management of enterprises has become an increasingly important aspect affecting the profitability of enterprises. The cost of the enterprise is directly related to the efficiency of the enterprise and the healthy development of the enterprise. Now, with the rapid development of the market economy, the market environment for power companies has undergone tremendous changes. In this paper, the author points out some problems existing in the cost management of electric power enterprises and gives some strategies to improve such problems. Hope to have some help on the innovative thinking of cost management.
