Purpose: To relate a case of a branch retinal artery occlusion (BRAO) followed by SLP (Scanning Laser Polarimetry) and OCT (Optical Computadorized Tomography), Methods: A 21 year-old male with a BRAO was submitted to SLP and OCT on days 7, 30 and 60 after the occlusion. The emboli could be visualized by indirect fundoscopy and by ocular ultrassonography.
