鉴定人出庭率低是我国司法实践中的普遍现象。造成该现象的原因是多方面的,其中最主要的原因在于我国法律规定的不完善。借鉴国外立法的相关规定,对于完善我国鉴定人出庭质证制度不无裨益。
The low appearance rate of appraisers is a common phenomenon in our judicial practice. The reasons for this phenomenon are many, the most important reason is that our law is not perfect. Learn from the relevant provisions of foreign legislation, for the improvement of the expert witness of the system of testimony is not without benefit.
