我们六年级语文教研组,为了全 面提高业务素质,自1995年下半年起,全组六名成员个个深入学教法,细心悟教法,灵活用教法,成效显著,为推动学校达标创先活动蓬勃开展起到了积极的带头作用。 一、深入地学 教研组组长范荷桂亲自制订培训学习计划,人手一份。计划中有明确的要求,有较具体的学习内容,有较细致的时间安排,做到集体学习和自学交错,间周一次,每次学习不少于2小时。
