把文件,报告等改写成新闻发表,本是常有的,但记者或编辑应花点力量去改写、加工,把文件的体裁、用语等改为适合读者和听者的体裁和用语,而不宜照抄。同时,还应在语法和修词方面做些编辑工作,因为有些内部文件在这方面是比较粗糙的。现在,我想对两条一望而知是由文件改写的新闻发表点意见,供大家在新闻写作上参考。去年11月11日人民日报第二版上有这么两条新闻:第一条标题是《河南省提出平原绿化新要求》,第二条是《石家庄地区加快发展太行山区》。从文字
It is not uncommon for journalists or editors to devote their efforts to rewriting and processing documents, reports and other rewriting into press releases instead of the genres and terms of the documents to the readers and listeners.
