加强整合财政专项资金,放大财政杠杆作用,集中财力办大事,是各级财政部门高度关注的重要课题。近年来,财政部门按照科学发展观的要求,大力推进财政科学化、精细化管理,在整合财政专项资金,发挥财政资源优势方面,正视存在的问题,积极开拓创新,探索了许多好做法、好经验。现以湖南省常宁市为例,就如何推进财政专项资金整合工作作粗浅探析。
Strengthening the integration of special funds for finance, enlarging the fiscal leverage and concentrating financial resources on major issues are important topics of great concern to the financial departments at all levels. In recent years, according to the requirements of the scientific concept of development, the finance department vigorously promoted scientific and fine management of finance. While consolidating special funds for finance and giving full play to its advantages in financial resources, the financial department has been actively exploring and innovating, exploring many good practices and making good efforts experience. Now take Changning City, Hunan Province as an example, to make a brief analysis on how to promote the integration of special funds for finance.
